- Check the water level immediately.
- Fill container full of water every day.
- Do not change water. A floral preservative has been added.
- Display your flowers in a cool location, out of direct sunlight or heat source. Avoid areas near TVs and computers or cold areas such as air conditioners.
- Place protective material under flower display to avoid damage from moisture.
- If you received wrapped flowers, re-cut stems under water with sharp sissors or knife. To arrange, use a clean vase full of water with floral preservative added.
- We consider every order a test of our quality. If our instructions have been followed, we will make any necessary adjustments if notified within 48 hours of delivery.
