Charter Your Group Rafting Trip with Whitewater Warehouse!

Our guests love 'em and we love 'em too. Group rafting trips on the Rogue River bring out the best in everyone. There's nothing better than spending 3 or 4 days in the great outdoors with your buddies, family members, or co-workers.

Each year Whitewater Warehouse books many groups that we refer to as "charter" groups--or groups that book entire trips. These are family reunions, groups of friends, or corporate businesses which are looking for a fun way to get together and bond. Rafting with Whitewater Warehouse makes that happen because we make sure your group experience is long on fun and short on having to coordinate the details.

To book an exclusive trip, we require a total of 20 guests for most trips. By doing that, the organizer of the rafting trip receives one free guest spot. How many folks can you book with us per trip? The BLM (Bureau of Land Management) mandates our maximum guest count so the highest number of guests we can accommodate on one trip is 23. If you have a bigger group than that, please call our office to discuss options.

Below is an outline that we have found helpful for groups booking with us:

1. "It's a date" Call for available date(s). Calling early enables you to get the date you prefer and it is easier to secure pre- and post-trip lodging. (541) 758-3150 or toll-free at 1-800-214-0579

2. "Paperwork" Estimate your group number and we will send each person his/her own trip packet or send it all to you for distribution.

3. "The deposit" Place a $300 per person deposit to hold your spots. You can collect the money and send in a check or phone in a credit card. 20 guests is a full trip but you can go as high as 23. Call us about groups larger than 23.

4. "The details" Make sure your group understands the cancellation policy (refer to travel info guide) and please encourage your guests to purchase trip insurance.

5. "The rendezvous" If your group is arriving in separate vehicles or by plane, make sure everyone has a travel information guide as well as our toll-free number which is: 1-800-214-0579. Guests should meet at Rand boat launch on the Rogue at 9 AM on the launch date. If someone is going to be delayed, they should call you or call us at the office.

6. "Participant's Agreement forms" Each member is required to sign a Participant's Agreement form before the trip. If the person is a minor, their parent or legal guardian must sign for them.

7. "Everybody into the Pool" Everyone has the possibility of getting wet. Guests can raft the river with our guides or if they prefer, they can inflatable kayak or inner tube. Just let us know how many of your group wishes to kayak or tube...so we have enough for everyone.

8. "Feeding the Tribes" Please let us know if there are any special dietary needs such as food allergies or people who are vegetarian. We always have vegetarian choices for our guests.

10. "Your reward" JUST REMEMBER, if you book 20 or more guests on your trip, as the organizer, your spot will be FREE. We recognize all the work you will be putting into this trip and we want to acknowledge your time and effort.
