Free prizes have been a promotional mainstay of prepared cereals for
a long time. This Mickey
Mouse record was issued circa 1955 by Wheaties.
The backing is the cardboard cereal box, whick is also where the "label"
and stylized "grooves" are printed. The record surface is very thin, very
fragile plastic. Surface noise is atrocious, but actual recording quality
is not that bad. There were 8 Disney records and 8 folk songs. "COLLECT
THEM ALL!!"
