Key to Abbreviation


Introduction

By way of introduction, all punctuation and capitalization - or lack thereof - appears in the indices exactly as Lenny had them in the magazine - so what you see are not mistakes.

Also, Lenny sometimes put continuations of articles on pages preceeding the article's start. So if you see a page reference that looks like " 6 - 9 + 3" that means the article begins on page 6, runs through page 9, and then jumps backwards to page 3.
