Residents have a choice of a spacious one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette or a deluxe studio unit with a kitchenette overlooking the landscaped gardens and lawns.  An outside entrance to well-lit and covered walkways provides private access.

Income Limitations

Since Samaritan Village is a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), all residents will need to fall withing the following income limits unless they are eligible for Rent Assistance, as shown below.

Cost of housing need not be a problem.  Residents of Samaritan Village may be eligible for Rent Assistance through HUD.  The amount is based upon the resident's yearly income.  The following minimum incomes for our project apply:
