Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (also known as Gracie Jiu Jitsu) is a form of grappling that has been introduced into the United States from Brazil in recent years and has taken the martial arts community by storm.  It has been recognized by many as one of the most effective fighting styles in martial arts today.  The Oregon Pound is affiliated with the Pedro Sauer Training Association.

Since Jiu Jitsu is a form of grappling, it is the perfect complement to stand-up styles such as Tae Kwon Do.
