Carlo Antonio Frazzini was born in San Pietro Avellana in the province of
Campobasso (now Isernia), Italy on February 14, 1871. He immigrated to
the United States in 1888. He settled in Seattle, Washington where he
married Victorine "Jeanne" Laganier. His family tree can be seen by
