Equipment and Software: Apple Macintosh G3 with 640 MB physical ram running OS 10.2.8 @400MHz; Yamaha CRW8424S 8/4/24 internal CD-R/RW drive; Roxio Toast Titanium 6.0; Carbon Shorten 1.1a4; MacFLAC 2.1.2.
Procedure: Extract entire CD as a disk image (or individual audio tracks - no gaps between them except for compilations - from check-sum verified .shn or .flac files expanded to *.AIFF format then saved to my hard drive as a disc image) using digital audio extraction (DAE), then write the image onto 80-minute brand-name data or music/audio (your choice) CD-R. I use audio disk-at-once (DAO) from the hard drive at 4X (half my burner's rated write speed.) I usually use Sony or Fuji CDR media.
Source: Nothing on the list is known to be MP3-sourced, though I have no means to test them. I try to note any soundtrack defects. I don't listen to every CDR before mailing it, though, so if you receive anything from me with undisclosed defects, or can detect MP3 sourcing, please let me know so I can replace it and amend my list.
Note: I do not knowingly copy (pirate) officially-licensed CDs. If you see anything here that is an official *USA* release by the artist's record company, including promos, please inform me so I can remove it from my trade list. I haven't decided if it's still piracy to copy out-of-print releases for other people. I will listen to arguments, but I won't do it unless/until I am convinced it is legal/ethical to do so.

Artwork: I don't have artwork for most of my non-Dylan boots, but you might try http://artwork.easytree.org.
